ABOUT US

We’re physicians, moms, and surfers driven by a deep passion for health, joy, and staying active.

Founded by Dr. Brit Reis and Dr. Rachel Coel, during unofficial “board” meetings where we shared waves and ideas, NovaFit was born from a simple but powerful idea: to create a telehealth medical clinic that inspires a lifelong love of movement and well-being in young people.

We created NovaFit to make expert-led care more accessible—especially for teens and young adults navigating weight, nutrition, and wellness. Our goal is to help teens and young adults feel better in their bodies, move more confidently, and grow into strong, healthy adults.

Through our telehealth clinic, we’re bringing practical, physician-guided support into homes across the country—with a focus on real results, not temporary fixes.
